La Vague du Coeur – AquaTantra
Stage ouvert à tous – en solo ou en couple
Dans ce rituel AquaTantra, nous sommes invités à plonger dans l’essence de la vague du coeur, ce séminaire (4ième de la série) réunit les aspects de polarité intérieure et extérieure, de fluidité et d’abandon explorés dans les deux premiers séminaires. Nous approfondirons l’expérience du souffle d’où né le mouvement organique, puis nous vous guiderons à travers l’expérience unique et transformatrice de la vague du cœur… vers un mouvement naturel, cyclique et organique.
Chacun pourra se laisser être sa propre vague puis laisser être cette grande vague du cœur ensemble. Cet Aqua Tantra vous invite à reconnecter avec votre nature profonde véritable, à vous laisser être et permettre à l’énergie de vie de vous traverser vraiment. Etre dans la vague du cœur c’est se laisser vibrer, chanter et danser l’amour pour soi, pour la vie, pour la terre, pour l’humanité, pour l’univers!

The Wave of Heart- AquaTantra
Open to all – solo or as a couple
In this AquaTantra ritual, we’re invited to plunge into the essence of the wave of heart, this seminar, the fourth in the series, brings together the aspects of inner and outer polarity, fluidity, and surrender explored during the first two seminars.
We will deepen our experience of the breath, from which organic movement arises, and then guide you through the unique and transformative experience of the Wave of the Heart… moving toward a natural, cyclical, and organic flow.
Each person will be invited to surrender to their own wave, before allowing themselves to become part of the greater Wave of the Heart together.
This Aqua Tantra seminar invites you to reconnect with your true and deepest nature, to simply allow yourself to be, and to let the energy of life truly move through you.
To be in the Wave of the Heart is to allow yourself to vibrate, sing, and dance love: love for yourself, for life, for the Earth, for humanity, and for the Universe.
la Vague du Coeur – Séminaire AquaTantra
Un voyage d’unification entre les polarités intérieures et extérieures, entre fluidité, abandon, et présence consciente.
Ce séminaire unique réunit les fondements explorés lors de nos précédents espaces tantriques – la polarité, le lâcher-prise, l’ouverture du coeur, l’ancrage, la présence, la connexion à soi et à l’autre – pour les faire vivre et vibrer à travers les prismes de l’eau et de la terre.
La vague du coeur , c’est…
- Souligner l’expérience du flux intérieur en relations aux flux extérieurs pour vivre avec profondeur la relation à « l’amour ».
- Expérimenter le flux de votre énergie vitale/sexuelle entre vos corps physique et énergétique.
- Vous inviter à vous abandonner aux impulsions naturelles de la vie, libres de contraintes et d’inhibitions artificielles.
- Entrer dans un état de conscience et d’ouverture du cœur.
- Explorer l’utilisation des « clés tantriques » (en particulier le souffle, le mouvement et le son) comme des outils pour atteindre un flux naturel et un lien avec la vie dans une attitude d’abandon et de confiance.
- Apaiser et ouvrir son cœur pour libérer les émotions cristallisées
- Se reconnecter à la joie et à la créativité !
- Expérimenter comment les pouvoirs de l’amour et de confiance en soi transforment nous-même, les autres et notre entourage lorsque nous nous abandonnons naturellement à la vie et « fluons » avec elle.

The Wave of the Heart – AquaTantra Seminar
A journey of unification between inner and outer polarities, between fluidity, surrender, and conscious presence.
This unique seminar brings together the foundations explored in our previous tantric spaces: polarity, letting go, opening the heart, grounding, presence, connection with oneself and with others. These qualities are then brought to life and experienced through the elements of water and earth.
The Wave of the Heart is about…
- Deepening the experience of your inner flow in relation to the outer flow, in order to explore more profoundly your relationship with “love”.
- Experiencing the flow of your vital and sexual energy between your physical and energetic bodies.
- Allowing yourself to surrender to the natural impulses of life, free from artificial constraints and inhibitions.
- Entering a state of awareness and openness of the heart.
- Exploring the use of the “tantric keys”, especially breath, movement, and sound, as tools to access a natural flow and a deeper connection with life, through an attitude of surrender and trust.

- Reconnecting with joy and creativity.
- Experiencing how the powers of love and self-confidence can transform ourselves, others, and the world around us when we surrender naturally to life and learn to flow with it.

Langue et traduction : Ce stage sera traduit du français vers l’anglais.
Les animateurs de cette retraite sont originaires de France et leur niveau d’anglais est celui d’une conversation. Pour vous permettre de bénéficier de la finesse et de la précision de la langue, l’atelier se déroulera en français et sera traduit simultanément en anglais.

Propriété spacieuse de 8 suites pour 2 personnes avec salle de bain privée et petit salon – Piscine chauffée à 34°C – Jacuzzi – Lounge bar – Patio – Espace feu – 4 000 m2 de jardins tropicaux exubérants – etc. Un lieu absolument extraordinaire avec un standing et un accueil inégalable !

Language and translation: this retreat will be translated from French into English.
The workshop facilitators are from France, and their level of English is conversational. To allow you to benefit from the finesse and precision of the language, the course will be run in French and simultaneously translated into English.
Venue: « Nikan Ka » – Cuernavaca – State of Morelos, Mexico.
Spacious house with 8 suites for 2 people with private bathroom and small lounge
Heated swimming pool at 93°F (34°C) – Jacuzzi – Lounge bar – Patio – Fire area – 4,000 m2 of exuberant tropical gardens … An absolutely extraordinary place, with unrivalled standards and hospitality!
Catering: traditional fine dining (vegetarian, organic and local cuisine) prepared on site by Chef Iván Escalante. Excellent cuisine of rare refinement, served by an attentive team: you’ll be truly pampered during this retreat.
